Absolute Logic, Inc. current Billing policies:
- Terms:

Invoices are expected to be paid in full within ten days of
receipt. Special circumstances may cause ALI to waive this
policy and provide for special terms upon agreement. A deposit
of 50% is expected on all orders over $1,000. We accept American
Express Cards.

- Rates:

As of January 1, 2009, Programming, Consulting, Hardware and Software Service and
Training are billed at $115/hr. on-site including travel time.
Off-site services are performed at $100/hr.

- Prepaid On-Site Service:

On-site services are available in pre-paid blocks. As of January 1, 2009, a
ten-hour pre-paid on-site contract is available for $1,000 with no monthly minimum usage required. Monthly
statements are issued in months where on-site services are provided.

- Phone Support:

As of January 1, 2009, Phone support is billed at a rate of $100/hr. in fifteen minute
increments. There is a minimum of one hour per month in which
phone support is received. A ten-hour pre-paid contract is
available for $850 with no monthly minimum usage required. Monthly
statements are issued in months where phone support is provided.

- Hardware and Software Contracts:

Contracts are available to cover maintenance or hardware
repairs. System options include on-site and depot warranty
options. Contract quotations are available at no charge.
